Our software helps us enter data referring to dietary restrictions for the student population. This helps us navigate wholesome solutions when meal planning to create the best Healthy Kids Lunches possible.
We adhere to such dietary restrictions as lactose/dairy-free, gluten-free, and diabetic.
Through our software, we can provide nutritional information to school nurses and parents to ensure the safety of the child.
At Nutrition ONE we are constantly educating and improving our regulations as the industry grows.
We employ a food safety monitor to check daily systems and tests us to make sure we are compliant with local county environmental agencies.
We require all our employees to be Serve Safe certified, as well as perform daily food temperature checks and complete proper labels.
We use web-based software to stay compliant with FDA and USDA regulations. The software monitors nutritional information to ensure we maintain balance in our school lunch menus.
Our nutritionists use Nutrikids and Mosaic software to create recipes and order food based on availability. We also use this software for our auditing process.
