In 2010, Congress passed the Hunger-Free Kids Act to ensure every American child has access to the nutrition they needed to support their growing bodies.

The National School Lunch Program became a standard for school lunches everywhere.

For the first time in 30 years, the USDA had the opportunity to make reforms to create healthy standards for school lunch and breakfast programs for free or low cost to students.

Nutrition One creates USDA-compliant programs and menus to make lunch fun again!
We use menu creating technology to make sure we are within National School Lunch Program standards while building a customized menu for every school we serve. 


It is important to know what sustainability is to every group and how you can do your part. We will outfit all our cafeterias with signage and literature to guide sustainability.


Food should be vibrant and fulfilling. Colorful food is served in paper boats that are recyclable to schools that comply. Nutrition ONE can serve the food in your cafeteria too.


Our menus reflect each region of local crops and seasons. It is a great resource to educate the children on how to garden and introduce produce to our menus.
