Food Rules! Program


Our Food Rules! program was dreamed up by Chef Julia to bring new and exciting food directly to the school. At these events we invite the students to try something totally new. Each month we will highlight a new food item and create a recipe packed full of delicious and good for you ingredients. All we ask is that you give it a try.

What’s that? Why is it cold? It smells good! I like it!  Just a few of the comments about our Food Rules tasting item, overnight oats. 

Children are skeptical to try something new at 1st but with our Food Rules Program is exactly what your school needs to get children to try new foods.

We are on a mission to introduce new healthy whole foods to students. Tasty nutrition makes for a more focused, positive learning environment.

    We Make It rewarding

    We make it rewarding and fun! When a child is successful in trying a Food Rules tasting item the students get to wear our badge /sticker of honor! We encourage our parents and teachers make sure to ask them what they sampled.

      We are always brainstorming and creating in the kitchen on tasty health whole foods to bring to the Food Rules Program.  We love the challenge of of getting picky eaters to try new foods.
